In the Development & Core HR department, within Applications Services, we are currently recruiting for a Application management manager that will be in charge of leading one of our ABAP development teams.

The manager will also be in charge of managing the resources of the team, promoting a good workload distribution in the team and making an efficient use of our resources.

We need someone that is focused on the team wellbeing and that manage to keep the team motivated to actively contribute to meet the company targets.

**About the Role**

Your impact as Application management manager:

- Manages the team workload and does a proper workload distribution.
- Owns and manages client escalations.
- Mentors the development team on development and client interaction best practices.
- Is focused on team wellbeing at the same time that reinforces the team engagement to achieve company goals.

**Mandatory skills**:

- Very good communication skills, C1 level in English is desired.
- Good knowledge of the company procedures and best practices.
- Proactive in finding solutions with positive minding.
- Leadership skills.
