**Temporary Agile Associate**
**(One year - with the possibility of renewal)**
**Position purpose**:
The Agile Associate is responsible for the operational execution of the Iberia JTI combustible brand projects (Spain, Canarias and Portugal) defined by the Portfolio team and assigned by the Agile Lead, ensuring quality and deadline achievement.
Support Brand Lead and Brand Manager in developing key Marketing initiatives.
He/she will be responsible for the activation deployment in all the brief touchpoints (LEPs, 121, videos, POSM, trade support materials, cycle meeting materials, CMT letters and others) and the performance and budget campaign follow-up on the assigned projects by Agile Lead. He/she will work closely with Agile Lead, Agile Manager, Brand Leads, Brand Managers, brand agencies, C&TA and Sales.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**:
- Manage implementation on the assigned Iberia JTI combustible projects (Spain, Canarias and Portugal) by Agile Lead
- Manage the development and deployment of the assigned projects / tasks such as LEP/Rejuvenation /National & Regional/Tactical Activation campaigns, videos, trade support materials, cycle meeting materials, CMT letters & etc with on-time completion and implementation at all relevant touchpoints
- Ensure excellence in execution according to expectations and respecting JTI and Brand guidelines
- Understand and incorporate the ARCI model
- Support Agile Manager in development and implementation of complex projects / tasks
- Monitor project status and follow-up on a regular basis with Portfolio BMs & proposing corrections/ improvements when needed/highlighted risk/stoppers and propose solutions to minimize disruption
- Budget follow-up
- Work with external partners being capable of managing external agencies for POSM materials production & follow-up delivery as per marketing deadline and standards
- Manage and coordinate incidents if link to developed materials/ campaigns on assigned projects
- Prepare post-campaign analysis / provide key learnings and recommendations and reporting when required as per project type or upon request from Portfolio Team
- Manage the day-to-day activities to ensure the Marketing administrative and coordinational tasks run smoothly (PR preparation, PPO catalogue & etc.) and are completed on time
- Monitor project status completion and workload on a regular basis on the assigned projects within the squad and providing an update to Agile Lead on a bi-weekly/ monthly basis
- Utilize available Agile Metrics and best practices to improve Agile delivery in terms of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Responsible for keeping updated required project documents and provide support with preparation and alignment for the upcoming meeting (cycle meetings, OP, & others)
- Closely work with involved functions such as Brand Leads, Brand Manager, Agile Lead, Agile Manager, brand agencies, C&TA, Sales and others by following the Agile Project Execution Mode
- Contribute to agility capability building in the Agile team and wider M&S community and foster the agile mindset in Marketing through acting as a change Agent and defining best practices
**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:
- University degree (bachelor or higher) in Marketing preferred
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG. Marketing or project management roles, with proven track record in cross-functional projects is a plus
- High level of English & Spanish
- Background in marketing (Brand portfolio, trade/consumer channel ) desirable
- Capable to communicate openly within and across functions
- Takes full ownership of assigned deliverable
- Values high quality standards, results-oriented, pro-active in finding solutions
- Good Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Able to handle multiple and complex projects
- Project management skills
- Experience in Agile methodology will be an advantage
