Introducing MiiroInspired by the Latin word meaning ‘I wonder’ or ‘I marvel’, we encourage our guests to pause, to look around and to savour every moment. Our name and double vowel reminds us of a mirror, speaking to the idea of self-reflection and echoing the spirit of our locations.
At Miiro, we believe there’s a better way to travel. A way that is more thoughtful and personal. And since our hotels are in Europe’s most interesting neighbourhoods, we also encourage guests to discover new places — on their own terms and in an authentic way. Ultimately, we want to make sure guests go home inspired and reinvigorated because they’ve had a brilliantly considered stay.
Creating ‘Brilliantly Considered Stays’ is the essence of our brand. Stays that bring our guests closer to the local culture and their stories.
Opening in Paris and Barcelona in Summer 2024, plus London and two properties in Vienna in 2025.

- Direct daily pastry kitchen activities, ensuring optimal staffing levels and task assignments for efficient operations.
- Develop and mentor pastry team members, providing coaching, feedback, and setting performance goals to foster growth and recognition.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive working environment, encouraging teamwork and communication across all kitchen departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and quality consistency.
**Responsible Business**:
- Maintain the highest standards in pastry preparation to create memorable and exceptional guest experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and elevate pastry offerings.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Uphold strict hygiene standards and ensure the proper functioning of pastry equipment, adhering to regulations and company policies.
- Flexibility to assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
**Financial**:
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and reporting for pastry production, contributing to overall financial goals.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and set departmental goals to align with financial objectives.
- Monitor and document costing for all pastry items prepared and sold to ensure profitability and cost control.
