**Sobre el rol** ‍

Desde nuestros almacenes, nos encargamos de supervisar eficazmente las operaciones de almacenamiento y entrega. Contamos con equipos de Operarios de Almacén y conductores asociados para garantizar que todos los pedidos se procesen de forma eficiente, puntual y rentable.

Nos encargamos de la planificación de las rutas de los conductores utilizando el sistema interno de Paack, los KPI y el análisis de datos generales y gestionamos las operaciones diarias del almacén asegurándonos de que nuestro cliente final tenga la mejor experiência.

Estamos buscando un/a Controller para incorporación inmediata al equipo de PS Operations.

Como Controller dentro de PS Operations supervisarás las operaciones del día a día de nuestras distintas delegaciones en España. La ubicación del puesto de trabajo será uno de los almacenes que Paack tiene dentro del territorio español y, cuando sea necesario, deberás desplazarte a las delegaciones bajo tu control.

Serás el punto de contacto entre nuestras delegaciones y Paack. Controlarás que la operativa salga adelante cumpliendo con la calidad exigida por nuestra empresa. Deberás anticiparte a posibles incidencias y aportar soluciones para minimizar el impacto de las mismas en la operativa

**Principales responsabilidades y requisitos**
- Supervisar las actividades diarias de nuestras delegaciones para garantizar un desarrollo óptimo de las operaciones.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y su evaluación para su mejora continua.
- Seguimiento, control, y mejora de los KPIs diarios.
- Actuar como punto de contacto entre Paack y nuestras delegaciones
- Contribuir de forma proactiva a la mejora continua de las operaciones diarias
- Resolver las posibles incidencias ocurridas en la operativa del día
- Dar soporte a nuestras delegaciones durante la operativa
- Dar soporte administrativo para la gestión de reembolsos, facturación y siniestros

**Sobre ti**
- Formación en Logística/ Transporte/ Supply Chain o experiência equivalente en gestión logística.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y de forma autónoma en un entorno en rápida evolución.
- Capacidad de trabajar en “multitarea”.
- Persona altamente motivada y orientada a los resultados.
- Capacidad para priorizar y resolver incidencias de la mejor manera posible
- Disponibilidad para desplazarse, en caso necesario
- Usuario avanzado del paquete Office
- Disponibilidad horaria
