- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in Mainframes technologies with at least 4-5 years in telecommunication domain- Worked on Agile & Waterfall deliveries with hands-on expertise in development and resolving production issues- Experienced in implementation as per best practices, Security principles and standard, non-functional requirement such as - performance, scalability- Troubleshooting & resolving technical issues i.e functional, performance- Knowledge of Mainframe architecture- Knowledge and experience in NATURAL, Cobol, CICS- Databases : Adabas, DB2- Experience working in telecom service providers is added advantage
