**Your duties and responsibilities**
La principal tarea del Technical Support Engineer/junior supporter [RPE|DWS1] es gestionar la creación y mantenimiento de referencias técnicas en el sistema ERP de la compañía. Adicionalmente, el Technical Support Engineer/junior supporter se irá integrando paulatinamente en el equipo de soporte técnico de tecnología Gamesa.

Responsabilidades esenciales

Procesar todas las solicitudes de creación o modificación de referencias de materiales y repuestos de tecnología Gamesa en el ERP de la compañía.

Analizar los detalles técnicos de dichas solicitudes y completar la información necesaria para la creación de las referencias en el ERP.

Mantenimiento continuo de las referencias de tecnología Gamesa en el sistema ERP: actualización de los campos necesarios, gestión de materiales obsoletos, materiales alternativos, etc

Tareas de soporte técnico de tecnología Gamesa a los equipos de mantenimiento en parque.

**Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements**
Funcional:
Educación profesional, preferiblemente FP Grado Superior o grado en ingeniería.

Al menos 2 años de experiência en mantenimiento de turbinas eólicas, preferiblemente Gamesa.

Inglés, A2-B1 (hablado y escrito).

Capacidad de interpretar esquemas eléctricos y mecánicos.

Comprensión de documentación técnica y especificaciones de equipos y productos.

Personal:
Trabajar de forma independiente.

Es primordial ser detallista.

Trabajo en equipo, colaboración e iniciativa para asumir responsabilidades.

Enfoque resolutivo.

Motivado/a e ingenioso/a.

Capacidad comprobada de realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.

Capacidad de entregar trabajo de alta calidad dentro de plazos establecidos.

Alto nível de integridad y motivación.
