Debido a nuestro crecimiento en nuestro primer año de vida, estamos buscando a una persona para el puesto como "Senior Talent Acquistion Consultant" para incorporar directamente en nuestro equipo.
¿Cuáles serían tus funciones principales?
- Ejecución de proceso de selección con nuestros clientes.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias creativas de atracción de talento para generar interés en oportunidades de empleo en la consultoría.
- Colaborar con los responsables de contratación para comprender las necesidades específicas de talento en proyectos de ingeniería.
- Coordinar y facilitar entrevistas finales con los equipos de proyecto y líderes de la empresa.
- Gestionar eficientemente el ciclo completo de contratación, desde la identificación inicial hasta la oferta de empleo y la incorporación.
- Colaborar en proyectos de mapeo de mercado, employer branding, formación en competencias, para los clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación universitaria.
- Experiência previa en selección.
- Inglés: C1
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
