**About The Role**:
As the Head of Product at Cobee, you will play a pivotal role in leading our international expansion initiatives, driving cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration across business, technology, and other stakeholders. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will oversee the International Expansion competence, serving as the owner of its OKRs and roadmap while managing multiple product professionals

This role offers a hybrid mode, requiring you to collaborate both at our office in Madrid and in CDMX.

**Main challenges**:

- Lead the International Expansion competence, orchestrating collaborative efforts among business, technology, and other stakeholders to drive strategic expansion initiatives.
- Take ownership of OKRs for the International Expansion competence, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for product and technology teams involved in international expansion, prioritizing features, enhancements, and optimizations to support business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, providing guidance, support, and resources to foster professional growth and drive team success.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Tech, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and integration of product strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the product organization, fostering creativity and accountability to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform product roadmap decisions and maintain Cobee’s competitive edge.
- Act as a champion for agile methodologies, leveraging iterative approaches to product development and fostering a culture of adaptability and responsiveness.

**You have***:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in product management roles, with significant experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in international expansion strategies and global market dynamics, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, cultural considerations, and market entry challenges, having launched and/or localized products in several countries
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams towards common goals.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics, user insights, and market research to inform product strategy and drive business impact.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
