What You’ll Do:
The Operational Support Manager will play a key role as part of our Operations department by verifying and reporting on the correct and efficient operation of the assets (Wind, PV and CSP) according to budget, forecasts, contracts, and best practices. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with our Site Managers, Finance and Business Development departments to ensure accurate documentation and reports are generated based on our internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and optimize the performance of the assets during their “lifecycle”.
- Develop proposals for improvements to asset performance/risk reduction measures.
- Coordinate with Finance Department regarding invoice approvals, reporting, and compliance per Project Finance requirements.
- Coordinate with site personnel on proposals for contract renewals (O&M contracts, Route to Market, etc.) and claims management related to all asset contracts.
- Support Business Development initiatives with performance and cost assumptions related to M&A/greenfield development opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of the technical reports of the facilities together with the Site Managers so that homogeneous documents of each technology are generated.
- Coordinate, based on the operational data of the facilities, together with the Finance department, the provisions for provisional closures in such a way as to anticipate possible deviations in budget items.
- Lead the updating of plants to any new regulatory requirements of the market.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Undergraduate degree (Engineering / Business Administration) or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong systems and technical/computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Proven experience in simplifying and streamlining processes.
