**Spain & Portugal Service Sales & Maintenance Engineer**

**About the role**
It’s a hybrid role combining the development and sales of SPX FLOW equipment services and maintenance of SPX equipment (or equivalent) at customer sites and at the SPX workshop within Spain and Portugal.
**About your responsibilities at SPX Flow**
**Commercial**:
- Execute the commercial strategy defined by the management globally & regionally
- Prospect potential buyers of SPX equipment services: end-users mostly and clients with large install base of SPX Flow equipment and processes
- Advise customers on the choice of SPX service and/or equipment
- Assist and guide clients during Service activities
- Report results using the tools and following procedures in C4C (SPX CRM system)
- Achieve the objectives of orders, margins and number of visits agreed with the manager
**Technical**:
- Maintenance of equipment and installations for which a contract or a one-off service is subscribed:
- Maintenance of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, separators, and homogenizers
- Maintenance intervention, assembly, dismantling on the sites of our customers
- Maintenance of SPX equipment (or equivalent), in the workshop or at customer's premises
- Preparation of intervention reports
- Technical expertise of SPX components: findings, analysis, determination of root causes and recommendations
- Assist experienced technicians on customer sites
- Actively promote services and SPX products
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree +2years, Commercial and / or Technical
- Technical competence in the fields of nutrition and health and/or fluid mechanics is essential
- Electrical accreditation B1, B2, BR, BC
- Familiar with using hand tools, such as screwdriver, pliers, drill and electrical control devices
- Driving license
- Ability to adapt to different contexts and environments
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Intermediate level of English in speaking and writing
- Proficiency in programs and systems: SAP, C4C, Microsoft Office package
