About the Job_**
- You will be part of our HR team and will be based in Valencia (Spain) and report to the HR Director of Genetic Services. This is a permanent position._

**_Tasks and responsibilities:_**
- _
- _ Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performance interviews _
- _
- _Identify and collaborate with external recruitment companies._
- _
- _Search for the most appropriate data sources._
- _
- _Support recruiting managers to build capabilities required to recruit successfully._
- _
**_ Compensation._**
- _
- _ Coordinate and support comp reviews and setting to ensure we are competitive to market and consistent and fair with internal practices._
- _
- _Review and suggest market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures to support internal and external equity._
- _

**_Labour administration back-up_**
- _
- _ Provide basic labour support in case of need regarding labour contracts, IT’s, calculation of payslip concepts, etc._
- _
**_ Development _**
- _Assist in the development of HR Projects in line with the company’s strategy. _
- _Provide support to international laboratories in the implementation of HR processes._
- _
- _Review and update job descriptions._
- _
- _Design and implement annual and mid-year Performance Appraisal processes._
- _
**_ Training_**
- _
- _ Planning, organise and follow-up of annual training plan, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that are aligned to the budget and to the strategic needs of the business._

- _Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs._
- _
- _Manage training subsidies. _
- _Identify learning need to build a robust and powerful training plan. _

**_HR Ambassador_**
- _
- _ Become the person of reference in EMEIA markets to guide and support leaders of people, providing advice on all issues related to their teams._
- _
- _Act as 1_st_ point of contact in the markets and business function for people related topics. _

**_Learning organization culture_**

- _ Create and maintain a learning organization culture that supports and push the grow and improvement of the talent and a high standard of ethics, performance and alignment with our culture and values._
- _
- _Identify opportunities to push development conversations to support line managers to foster development._
- _
**_ This position requires:_**
- _
- _
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish._ _
- _Degree in Psychology, Labour Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field._ _
- _Master in Human Resources, MBA or similar._ _
- _3-5 years of demonstrated generalist experience in multinational companies managing various HR functional areas._
- _
- _Knowledge of HR programs and practices._ _
- _High level of autonomy and self-leadership. _
