As **an ETO Manager** you will operate within our CEAG business. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the IEC ETO strategy as well as for our quote and engineering functions within our ETO department. As part of our CEAG team you will support custom product development, ETO programs and process improvement to drive profitable sales and margin growth for our products in harsh, hazardous and industrial area environments.

**Your key deliverables**:

- Lead, manage and develop your ETO team
- Recommend, develop and pursue long term growth strategy and objectives for Crouse-Hinds ETO products
- Coordinate ETO engineering activities and provide support for Operations
- Implement and effectively coordinate quote and engineering lead-time requirements
- Review and optimize engineering processes i.e. standard engineering and quotation tools in order to drive efficiency and growth within the organization
- Ensure that updates on products and product standards are provided to internal teams
- Identify and recommend new custom products for development and/or private branding
- Coordinate with local Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to fulfill customer requirements
- Closely collaborate with local departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Quality and Design to resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate with global teams (Customer Service, Sales, Operations) for international projects
- Support Sales teams in front of customer during engineering and problem-solving processes
- Oversee team budget

**Qualifications**:
**Your essential skills we are looking for**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Knowledge in electrical engineering for hazardous areas
- Experienced Leader with hands-on mentality and growth mindset
- Communication is key for you? This is your chance
- Proven track record in an engineering position with leadership experience
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a matrix-organization
- Strong commercial and problem-solving skills
- Fluent (C1/C2 language level) in German and English
- Ability to travel up to 10%

**Desired**:

- Master’s degree in electrical engineering
