**What we look for?**
We are looking for a Senior Pega Marketing / Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH) consultant, for an important project with a bank customer. High level of English required.
100% remote from Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Problem solving / Troubleshooting for the Technical Team & Business
- Managing risk to the bank, the platform, and the success of the team
- Role Model and mentor to the rest of the Technical team
- Presenting and communicating at all levels
- Working independently and be self-motivated
**Mandatory requirement**:
- Knowledge of infrastructure lifecycles
- Marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years experience of Pega Marketing / Customer Decisioning Hub (CDH)
- SDA - Senior Decisioning architect
- LDA - Lead Decisioning architect - Strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of incident management lifecycle and ability to manage critical issues
- Experience of interpreting business processes into Pega capabilities
- Data handling: Understanding and working knowledge of handling customer interaction history, profiles and Journeys
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leading class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data modelling to extend Pega framework(s)
- Knowledge of API technologies and their integration
- Preferred Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with Pega CSSA certificate
- Experience in evaluating impact of change requests to logic and update design documentation
- Provide on call support on a rota basis
- Good knowledge of architecture governance requirements
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Desired Requirement**:
- Database knowledge (PostGres & Cassandra) preferred
- Experience of Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools & knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, principles, and tools, as well as their integration with the related delivery methodologies
