**MISION**:
En dependencia del Director de Operaciones te encargarás de supervisar y dirigir todo el proceso de producción de la compañía, asegurándote de realizar una correcta gestión de los recursos disponibles para la fabricación de los productos, asegurando también la calidad de los mismos.
**FUNCIONES**
- Cumplir con las demandas de pedidos de clientes, así como la planificación de la producción.
- Gestión y coordinación de equipos de trabajo a cargo.
- Implementar de Lean Manufacturing en el area de producción.
- Coordinar los departamentos de Compras, Comercial, RDI, Almacén
- Planificar e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas en todas las areas de producción.
- Seguimiento de la producción y acciones de mejora.
- Analizar los equipos a producir para integrarlos en el sistema productivo.
- Redefinir procedimientos, actualización y mejora de procesos.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Velar por la ejecución de las buenas prácticas colectivas del área, de acuerdo la política gestión de la empresa, de PRL y cualquier otra política definida en Premium, gestionando y facilitando a su equipo los elementos que para ello se requieran.
- Dirigir a la organización hacia la mejora continua y la eficiencia de los procesos productivos.
- Definir, crear y ejecutar el plan estratégico de producción de Premium.

**Requisitos**:

- Grado/Postgrado en Ingeniería electrónica, industrial (electrónico u organización) o telecomunicaciones.
- Especialización en cadena flujos productivos.
- Experiência demostrable en sector electrónica.
- Amplios conocimientos de eléctronica.
- Inglés nível Advanced.

**CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS**
- Herramientas de mejora contínua (5S, Lean, PDCA, Análisis de Valor).
- Herramientas de planificación (Scheduling, MRP, PMP, JIT, Kanban, Planificación Agregada).
- Industria 4.0.
- Herramientas para el análisis de la capacidad (OEE, rendimientos, disponibilidad,)
- Conocimientos de sistemas ERP y dominio del paquete Office, especialmente Excel.

**CONOCIMIENTOS VALORABLES**
- Valorable conocimientos de Instrumentación electrónica: Multímetros, Osciloscopio, Fuentes de Alimentación, Cargas Electrónicas...
