Job Description Summary: The Sales Team Internship will be based in Madrid and will report to the Country Director Spain This internship will be a critical support to help Enterprise Sales Reps and Account Executives (Sales Team) to increase their focus on commercial efforts, while he/she can provide market analysis and competition assessment and help the Sales team to get a close understanding of new business drivers, decision making & recommendations and consulting on the right set of corrective actions using data analysis and reinforce the ability to zero into what’s working/not working. **Job Description**:
This role requires an individual with analytic background and understanding of sales reporting, sales analytics, business intelligence, communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate with key business partners.

**Your day to day**
- Perform Market Research, audits of industries and analysis of potential new verticals to identify new merchants for the enterprise segment.
- Qualitative Analysis of leads, assist in engaging with merchants that meet enterprise criteria.
- Assist in analyzing payment flow of existing merchants and identify integration improvements as well as potential upsells of PayPal products.
- Facilitate the onboarding of merchants in conjunction with the Enterprise Sales team, helping with the collection of documents from merchants.
- Support the Iberia team in daily activities, competitor analysis, internal presentations, newsletters etc.

- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Good team player with a collaborative approach and be able to create quality relationships quickly, whilst also working well independently.
- Have a good sense of initiative, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge or payments industry or ecommerce is preferable
- English proficiency
