We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative for Sub-Saharan Africa to join our Business Development team, either in Spain or remotely. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

What your responsibilities will look like:

- Representing our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of them.
- Proactively seeking new leads and business opportunities in the market.
- Setting up meetings or calls between potential customers and sales executives.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects and engaging sales executives for next steps.
- Identifying best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Identifying prospects’ needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Reporting to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results and refining and/or updating the local market situation.
- Market analysis (news, studies, reports) to update priorities and help with the POD strategy.
- Marketing activities (exploring beneficial events, associations, etc.) to help boost awareness and find quality leads to manage a healthy pipeline.

**Required Skills**:

- C2 in English.
- B2+ French.
- Prior experience is not required, but will be valued.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Proactivity and highly self-driven sense of motivation.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills - we are a diverse team of 22+ nationalities
- Interest in developing your career in Sales and Renewables, specifically in Solar PV.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Desired Skills:
- Studies in Business and Engineering are positively valued.
- Other languages are not required, but greatly valued.
- Previous experience in Solar PV is not required, but greatly valued.
- Previous experience in Business Development/Sales is not required, but greatly valued.
