En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.

Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduados/as en Ingenieria Informatica, Telecomunicaciones o Fisica, o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una Beca en el Departamento de Infrastructure and Technology Services (I&TS)/Service Delivery/Network Delivery, de Endesa en Barcelona.

¿En qué colaborarás?

Darás apoyo en las siguientes tareas:

- Ayuda en coordinación de Proyectos.
- La función de Coordinación de Proyectos (Proyectos de Telecomunicaciones) se encarga de gestionar los proyectos de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones coordinando su lanzamiento, construcción, implantación, puesta en marcha y post implantación.
- Con el objetivo de implantar los últimos avances tecnológicos y mantener a Endesa dentro de la vanguardia en el ámbito de las tecnologías de la información, se establece una filosofía de actuación en la implantación de proyectos basada en ejecutar de forma ágil y eficaz las actividades de implantación de proyectos siguiendo la planificación acordada con los equipos implicados.
- Realizar todas las acciones necesarias que concluyan con la implantación de infraestructura asociada a nuevos proyectos.
- Reportar a sus responsables, en las herramientas acordadas dentro de los procedimientos de Enel, del estado de los proyectos manteniendo la información actualiza de manera continua.
- Velar por que los sistemas a implantar tengan todas las garantías para su correcto paso a explotación, teniendo en cuenta la monitorización, backup, rendimiento, pruebas de HA, redundancia, etc.

La Coordinación de Proyectos de Enel se concreta en las siguientes tareas:
Fase de Implantación.
- Recopilar y entregar la documentación necesaria para la preparación y realización de pruebas.
- Coordinar y supervisar las pruebas funcionales y de stress previo a la puesta en explotación.
- Coordinar la certificación de la infraestructura, así como la documentación asociada.
- Gestionar la colaboración de proveedores externos, sobre todo la relación con proveedores de Outsourcing.
- Especial atención a la documentación, reporting, auditorias, gestión de presupuesto dentro de la implantación de proyectos.
- Analizar los diferentes escenarios de implantación posibles: en adquisición, en servicio o alquiler, etc.,

Fase de post-implantación.
- Apoyo a la resolución de incidencias y al ajuste final del sistema y la infraestructura para su puesta en explotación definitiva.
- Velar por la correcta implementación de los sistemas aportando la información necesaria en las auditorías internas y/o externas.
- Informar en la herramienta de gestión que se designe de todas las actividades realizadas durante el proyecto.
- Reportar la información de los proyectos de la manera que estipule Enel para los informes de gestión.
- Realización de informes de homogeneización y normalización del servicio en las diferentes Zonas.

Servicios de Mantenimiento/Soporte a la Explotación
- Dentro del área de Network Delivery hay varias tareas de control y gestión del servicio de los diferentes proveedores para las que se requiere cubrir el

control de ciertos procesos core tales como Gestión de Capacidad o análisis de Rendimiento.
- Apoyo a la coordinación y gestión de los diferentes proveedores de telecomunicaciones, realizando tareas de control, seguimiento, informes y auditoria.
- Supervisar, controlar y seguir los servicios y actividades de gestión del cambio, rendimiento y disponibilidad, que los proveedores prestan a Enel con el

objeto de asegurar su eficacia y eficiencia.
- Supervisión, control, revisión y auditorias de Inventario
- Gestión, supervisión y aseguramiento del paso a explotación de proyectos.
- Análisis y seguimiento de incidencias y cambios gestionadas por los proveedores que prestan servicio a Enel gestionando los escalados urgentes de

incidencias y cambios.
- Colaboración en el análisis y resolución de problemas derivados de incidencias recurrentes y fallos ocultos.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los ANS de los indicadores implicados en estos procesos y coordinar la correcta información disponible sobre los mismos.
- Colaborar cuando sea necesario en la resolución de incidencias guiando al proveedor del Servicio.
- Realización de informes de homogeneización y normalización del servicio.
