**About the role**
- Build and shape the strategy to promote Fever categories and Fever app by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data related to profit, scalability and user LTV.
- Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram.
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
- Manage big marketing budgets for your campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting )
- Identify key trends and insights that can inform decision making and drive strategic initiatives related to user acquisition and retention.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement.

**About you**
- Between 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Experience in the field of marketing would be a plus, specifically in app download campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (STEM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key trends and insights from large sets of data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and programming languages such as SQL is a plus
