**Analista de Datos de Marketing: Impulsa Estrategias con Datos***:
¿Eres un/a apasionado/a del análisis de datos y el marketing digital? ¿Tienes habilidades excepcionales para transformar grandes cantidades de datos en estrategias de marketing efectivas?

En **RAS STAFFING**, especializados en selección directa, buscamos a un/a **MARKETING DATA ANALYST** para incorporarse al equipo de uno de nuestros clientes dentro del sector de telecomunicaciones, ubicado en la zona de **NORTE** **MADRID**.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?**:
Como Marketing Data Analyst, jugarás un papel crucial en el análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y la optimización de las campañas de marketing.
- Análisis y procesamiento de grandes conjuntos de datos para identificar tendencias y patrones.
- Desarrollo y ejecución de modelos estadísticos para predecir comportamientos de usuarios y eficacia de las campañas.
- Colaboración estrecha con el equipo de marketing para transformar insights en estrategias accionables.
- Monitorización y evaluación del rendimiento de las campañas, proporcionando recomendaciones de optimización.
- Creación de informes personalizados y dashboards interactivos para presentar hallazgos clave a stakeholders.
- Gestión de herramientas de análisis de datos y plataformas de inteligencia de negocios.

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**:

- Grado en Estadística, Análisis de Datos, Marketing o campo relacionado.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años como Analista de Datos de Marketing o en roles similares.
- Sólidos conocimientos en herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL, Python, R, Excel avanzado y plataformas de BI.
- Experiência trabajando con Google Analytics, SEMrush, y otras herramientas específicas de marketing digital.
- Capacidad para interpretar grandes cantidades de datos y presentar resultados de manera clara y efectiva.
- Alto nível de inglés; capacidad para comunicarse y presentar hallazgos a un público internacional.
