Tareas
- Contactar propietarios de viviendas vacacionales y ejecutar las estrategias de ventas (llamadas en frío con posterior visita a las propiedades para evaluarlas)
- Cerrar contratos tras informar a los propietarios de nuestras condiciones de manera clara y siguiendo los valores de la empresa
- Ser riguroso en el seguimiento semanal de cumplimiento de objetivos
- Trabajar en equipo y entre departamentos para obtener resultados duraderos
**Requisitos**:
- Presencia en Málaga
- Imprescindible dominio de español. Inglés es un plus
- Facilidad de usar herramientas informáticas.
- Se valora experiência previa en ventas o gestión de cuentas, en la industria del turismo
- Automotivación para convencer a propietarios, sea en llamada en frío o cara a cara.
- Mentalidad positiva hacia nuevos retos y empatía en relaciones interpersonales.
- Actitud resolutiva y capacidad de trabajar de manera organizada y responsable.
- Trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente
