Buscamos un/a Business Insights Senior Analyst para un **cliente final** en una empresa del **sector de la Aviación **en **Barcelona**, con especialización en SQL, Python y Tableau/Power BI

**Misión**:

- Transformar datos en información útil para la toma de decisiones empresariales.
- Recopilar, limpiar y analizar datos para generar ideas valiosas para áreas comerciales y operativas.
- Crear informes y visualizaciones para facilitar la comunicación con áreas relevantes.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva los hallazgos obtenidos.
- Comprender las necesidades del cliente interno.
- Identificar oportunidades y riesgos a través del análisis de datos para mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos de negocio.

**Funciones**:

- Desarrollar análisis de datos complejos, aplicando distintas metodologías matemáticas y/o estadísticas para recopilar, organizar, interpretar y resumir datos numéricos para proporcionar información utilizable a las áreas de negocio.
- Liderar informes y/o entregables relacionados con datos relevantes para la toma de decisiones, así como sus presentaciones a los equipos de negocio.
- Apoyar al equipo de Business Insights en su desarrollo, proporcionando asistencia técnica y entendimiento entre los miembros sobre el uso eficaz de los datos y sus mejores prácticas.
- Generación de visualización e interpretación de datos efectivas (diseño de sistemas, tableros, gráficos de información, mapeo, herramientas de datos y B.I.).
- Ser el focal en las mesas de trabajo con las áreas de negocio para mostrar resultados y avances, siendo capaz de priorizar y planificar el trabajo/proyecto que esté bajo su gestión.
- Llevar a cabo investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas y utilizar enfoques de métodos mixtos para el análisis de datos, según necesidades de negocio.

**Requisitos**:

- Tener mínimo **_3-4 años de experiência_** laboral previa como analista de negocio o analista de datos.
- Formación superior en negocios, matemáticas, económicas, finanzas, estadística o ingeniería. Se valorará estudios de Máster/MBA.
- Se valora experiência en sector aéreo, turismo y viajes.
- Alta capacidad analítica y manejo en modelos de datos: sólida experiência en **_SQL_**, **_Python _**(deseable) y gestión de Big Data.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación e influencia para interactuar con varias áreas y stakeholders.
- Pensamiento crítico y habilidades de Problem Solving: capacidad de entender un problema, imaginar una solución y estructurarla.
- Habilidad estructurando la información, analizándola y extrayendo datos según necesidades de negocio. Se valorará experiência en herramientas de visualización como **Tableau, Power BI** o similares.
- Comodidad con la ambigüedad e incomodidad con el status quo: capacidad de desafiar lo establecido.
- Competencias profesionales: orientación a resultados, trabajo colaborativo. Iniciativa para la innovación en la resolución de problemas.
- Experiência y solvencia con lenguajes de consulta de datos (p. ej., SQL) o software estadístico/matemático (p. ej., R, Python).
