A switched on, highly professional and reliable domestic couple is sought after to oversee the smooth running of a large luxury holiday villa located in an idyllic setting on the hills overlooking a small town and the sea in Ibiza. The property is occupied between 10 and 20 weeks per year, sleeping 14, with a mixture of private family use and high-end UHNW rentals.

When the property is occupied (10-20 weeks per year) you will be expected to be on call and very busy.
Otherwise your core hours will be Monday to Friday, working on average for 40 hours per week, with the freedom to manage your work and hours.

**Duties**
**Housekeeper**:

- Cleaning duties
- Preparing the villa for guests and setting up bedrooms
- Evening turndown service
- Changing linens, laundry
- Household shopping and managing inventories

**All Rounder**:

- Ensure the outside areas of the home and immaculately presented
- DIY duties
- Look after the household systems, including wifi, audio and visual
- Swimming pool and tennis court maintenance
- Run errands
- Ad hoc driving duties
- Assist with the housekeeping as required

**Both**:

- At least one of you needs to be a confident cook, cooking for the family only they are looking for breakfast and light and healthy meals. For groups of 8 or more and dinner parties professional chefs and help will typically join the team
- You will both be asked to assist with serving duties as and when required
- This ideal couple will have extensive experience in a similar role, be confident in their abilities, and be happy to work off of their own initiative
- You will need to be warm, conscientious, service oriented and enjoy hosting
- “Can do” and self-starting attitude
- You will need to remain calm and level headed and be happy to adapt when plans change
- At least one of you needs to be a confident driver
- Right to work in Spain/EU
- It is essential that you posses a good level of English. Spanish speaking is a bonus but not essential
