Account Receivable

Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing and recording transactions to maintain account statuses
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
- Review accounts, client payments, credit history and outstanding reports to define customer credit limits in collaboration with Credit Risk Manager.
- Collect data and generate metrics reports and statements for internal use.
- Contact customers and send bill reminders and discuss their accounts in coordination with Sales representatives.

- Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance; Business Studies; Accounting
- 3+ years experience in General accounting, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in ERP system, preferably Dyn 365
- Good Comand in Excel
- English fluent
- Good comunication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency with financial software
- Strong independent research ability
