Desde Kapres Technology, estamos buscando un **Operations Project Manager **para trabajar en proyectos de una de las compañías líder mundial en el sector seguros.

**Descripción**:

- Entrega del plan de proyecto definido en tiempo, presupuesto, alcance y calidad.
- Contribución, validación y actualizaciones continuas al resumen del proyecto, incluido el perfil/estimación de recursos, el cuadro de estructura del proyecto, la gobernanza, los hitos clave y los entregables clave.
- Coordinación de recursos que permitan la entrega del alcance y requisitos definidos del proyecto.
- Monitorear el estado del proyecto y proporcionar informes sobre el estado del progreso a las partes interesadas relevantes.
- Captar y gestionar los riesgos, problemas y dependencias del proyecto entre proyectos/programas clave, proponiendo acciones correctivas según sea necesario a las partes interesadas relevantes.
- Contribuir y participar en las Reuniones Directivas del proyecto.
- Gestión del presupuesto tal como se define en el resumen del proyecto.
- Contribución, validación y actualizaciones continuas al plan de comunicación y presentación de informes de progreso a todas las partes interesadas.
- Garantizar que el proyecto cumpla con los marcos de control de gobernanza local y global (proyecto, técnico y otros).

**Requisitos**:

- Gran experiência en **gestión de proyectos** (Prince 2 practitioner, PMP/PMI, Scrum Master o equivalente).
- Experiência en disciplinas de **gestión de proyectos** - Waterfall, Agile (DSDM/Scrum).
- Experiência en el **entorno técnico de entrega de proyectos de TI** (por ejemplo, nube, infraestructura, red, aplicación, seguridad).
- **Enfoque al cliente y comercial **con un historial probado de entrega exitosa.
- Experiência en **gestión de presupuestos**.
- Experiência en **gestión de proyectos** y un historial probado de entrega exitosa de proyectos de TI (nube, infraestructura, red, aplicación, seguridad).
- **Inglés avanzado**.
