Job description

Find your place at Amaris Consulting as Operations IT Project Manager in Barcelona (remote from Spain or hybrid mode), for one of our main partners of the insurance industry. Start your new adventure in an international and agile environment by leading multi-disciplinary teams of strategic and operational planning, and actively leading IT outsourced global operations models.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Establishing the project approach with the business stakeholders in order to monitor and define the project's scope, deadlines, objectives, budget and risks.
Executing deliverables and ensuring their quality to provide solutions that meet all the needs of the organization.
Participating actively in the implementation of a project, proposing adequate solutions, supervising, validating, and giving back to all aspects of the project, in order to satisfy the organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
Strategic and Operational Planning in all aspects of Service Delivery Project Management.
Supplier management, project acceptance into operational service.
Working with suppliers and colleagues to strengthen the IT infrastructure and keep it secure by regular patching, improving existing technology or by introducing new technology.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

More than 4 years of relevant experience as IT Project Manager in Operations, including experience in Service Delivery Management.
Great knowledge of project management methods & experience with Agile
Excellent planification capacities & stakeholders management.
Client-facing communication skills.
English fluency is a must. Any other language would be considered a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience as Service Delivery Manager/ Transition Manager would be highly appreciated.
