Do you have experience in providing onsite technical service? Then read on and become our **Field Service Technician **based in Madrid.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Installation of the surgical equipment at the site, installation of hardware, backup systems, software, including overnight deliveries when required
- Test and check equipment for technical specifications
- Technical support and field repair of all DORC machines, solving first line defects
- Carry out preventive maintenance and calibration procedures
- Coordinate field visits with Area Sales Managers and the National Sales Manager
- Provide feedback to DORC HQ on the quality and possible improvements to the Company portfolio
- Attend relevant inter-company training events, meetings, trade fair meetings
- Willing to travel 60% across the country
- Reporting of the following to National Sales Manager and appropriate colleagues/departments:

- Results of installation / demonstration / training
- Complaints and technical defects or improvements
- Possible sales leads, activities of competition, (possible) key opinion leaders and their feedback.

**Skills, knowledge and experience**:
**Education**:Technical higher professional/practical (bachelor) education in related field, preferably bio-medical.

**Experience**:1-3 years of working experience in a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Technical insight
- Excellent presentation skills, to present with modest confidence and persuasion
- Fluent in local language and English (B2 level), written and spoken.**Soft Skills**:

- Strong social skills to interact and work well with others
- Service oriented, driven to recognize and meet the need of the customer
- Coordinating and organizing in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Teamplayer, seeking cooperation.
