**About the Role**

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate closely with Finom leaders and hiring managers to understand technical positions and other recruiting needs.
- Support other high priority positions and departments: Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing platforms and tools, including Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, HireEZ and other relevant platforms.

**Who you are**:

- Minimum 2 years of technical and G&A sourcing experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
- Familiarity with Boolean search operators and x-ray searches.
- Proficient in various sourcing tools Linkedin Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and platforms: HireEZ, GitHub, Stack Overflow or other.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Lever (ATS) experience is preferred but not essential.
