**Insud Pharma is a recognised and respected company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector with more than 40 years of history and more than 7,000 employees in 50 countries specialising in the research, development, manufacture and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients and medicines for human and veterinary use.**

**Chemo, industrial area of the Insud Pharma group, is a world leader in R&D and manufacturing of more than 100 value-added active pharmaceutical ingredients and more than 122 medicines with more than 200 different product presentations. Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).**

**Responsibilities**:
**Global Responsibility**

Create, analyze, schedule and monitor continuous improvement projects of pharma plants, making protocols and approving documentation, locating, validating and proposing those who can help carry out these projects and training employees in new projects in order to increase the performance and effectiveness of plants in all its processes.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and implement existing processes and advice for improving and optimizing them, taking care of analysis and documentation.
- Develop and monitor continuous improvement plans and support in the implementation of new standards work.
- Develop proposals for improving processes.
- Train people involved in the different departments.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing in different industrial plants.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably in Organization or similar. Master is a plus.
- **Languages**: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
- **Experience (years/area)**: +5 years in continuous improvement processes, working with LEAN SIX SIGMA, in manufacturing environments/industrial plants. Very valuable experience in pharma consulting field or associated with the pharma environment. Experience in analysis, process documentation and implementation of improvements.
- **Specific Knowledge**:Lean Six Sigma.
- ** Travels**: Willingness to travel.
- ** Personal skills**:Good communication skills, customer orientation, analytical and organizational skills, innovation, ability to work within multidisciplinary team.
