**Le rôle : Stage - SDR (Sales Development Representative) F/H/X**
Responsabilités:
- Travailler avec les équipes Business sur la segmentation du marché, le ciblage des Grands Comptes / PME et définir une stratégie d’acquisition « outbound »
- Travail de recherche et d’analyse Market Intelligence (compétiteurs)
- Identifier les bons prospects et créer des listes qualifiées
- Appels de prospection (Cold Calling) - Convaincre et traitements d’objections etc..
- Créer des campagnes multicanales automatisées dans le but de générer des rendez-vous
- Mesurer et rapporter la performance de toutes les campagnes et l’évaluer par rapport aux objectifs
- Suivi des KPIs, mesure du ROI des actions menées et optimisation des process (dont le CRM) pour améliorer la stratégie d’acquisition
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- Etudiant(e) en Master ou en césure issu(e) d’une école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent qui cherche à mettre en pratique ses connaissances à partir de janvier 2024.
- Passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies, l’entreprenariat, la vente et le marketing
- Tu as des notions en copywriting et tu adores tester de nouvelles idées
- Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone et tu es capable d’ouvrir des portes
- Tu es polyvalent(e), créatif(ve), toujours force de proposition et tu n’abandonnes JAMAIS
- Nous cherchons avant tout quelqu’un avec un profil entrepreneur et autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives au sein d’une startup et d’une équipe en pleine croissance
- Idéalement, tu recherches un stage de fin d'études. Nous aimerions te garder sur le long terme
- Tu parles couramment l'anglais et le français
