**Cosa farai**

Alle dipendenze dirette dell’Operations Manager per il mercato italiano, le tue principali funzioni saranno:

- Supportare la gestione dell’intero processo di verifica degli psicologi interessati all'utilizzo della piattaforma (ricerca attiva attraverso i canali dedicati, convalida dei dati attraverso chiamate telefoniche e videochiamate, accesso alla demo e creazione del profilo)
- Fornire assistenza sia agli psicologi che agli utenti della piattaforma attraverso i canali dedicati (solo in lingua italiana)
- Analizzare le necessità dei clienti e ottimizzare i tempi di risoluzione dei tickets
- Tradurre i materiali digitali dalla lingua spagnola e/o inglese alla lingua italiana

- Laurea in economia, finanza, risorse umane, psicologia o campi affini
- Madrelingua italiana e fluente in spagnolo e/o inglese
- Conoscenze di sistemi informatici (Microsoft Office, software di gestione e/o attenzione al cliente)
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Predisposizione a lavorare sotto stress e in un ambiente dinamico
- Capacità di lavorare come parte di un team e creare un buon ambiente lavorativo

**Il tuo Team**

Il Team di Operations svolge un ruolo fondamentale nel rapporto con i clienti e gli utenti e nella comunicazione continua con gli altri teams dell'azienda. Il tuo ruolo sarà fondamentale per portare TherapyChat al livello successivo, dove potrai sviluppare nuove competenze e imparare da ciascuno dei teams
