**This position reports to**:
Talent Acquisition & Advancement Partner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contributing to delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment
- Contributing to our digital journey and best-in-class user experience
- Proactively contributing to showcase ABB as a great employer, by participating in job fairs, partnering with universities, and using LinkedIn and internal tools
- Actively contributing to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding projects and initiatives
- Recommending new practices, processes, or policies to improve HR function

**Your background**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding
- High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
- Sound knowledge of interview methodologies and labor market
- Passion for upcoming trends and related implementation combined with excellent stakeholder management
- A solution-focused approach, strong written and spoken communication skills
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Fluency in English, Spanish. Language skills in Portuguese will be valued
