**What **the role entails**:
Some of the key responsibilities of our HR Systems Data Analyst will be:
Acting as Superuser for all people-related systems, ensuring effective data capture and optimization of the platform, and assisting in the resolution of day-to-day technical issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with systems providers to ensure effective performance and delivery of the HR systems solution.
- Supporting and driving system enhancement projects as required from planning through to testing and implementation, actively undertaking test scenarios, scripting, planning, and execution.
- Reviewing and maintaining HR process and procedures and systems documentation, driving continuous improvements and developing effective automated solutions.
- Developing and delivering HR systems training to the HR team and business stakeholders.
- Managing the integrity of the people data and produce monthly reporting.
- Producing and measuring HR SLAs and KPIs from the people data sets created.
- Using data held within the HR systems to develop and maintain meaningful HR dashboards and people metrics to support business planning and forecasting and drive forward-thinking people strategies.
- Owning and maintaining company organization charts.
- Supporting other people's projects as they arise.
**What we ask of you**:
Experience in the use of and development of HRIS systems practices, with exposure to a variety of HRIS platforms
- A strong analytical background, skilled in the analysis and production of reporting and dashboards
- Experience of using people data and insight to support in driving people change
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR process and employee lifecycle
- Good understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations
- Experience in using SQL and Power BI would be desirable
