- **_Jornada:_** Jornada completa.
- **_Ubicació: _**Comunitat Terapèutica Can Serra (Cabanelles), Alt Empordà.
- **_Temporalitat: _**Contracte temporal de substitucions. Inici 24/04/2023 fins 22/10/2023 (ampliable).
- **_Característiques del servei: _**La C.T. Can Serra forma part de la Xarxa d’Atenció a les Drogodependències de la Generalitat de Catalunya, és un centre residencial per al tractament de les drogodependències i altres addiccions. La durada del programa és de 6 a 9 mesos i els principals objectius són ajudar les persones a recuperar-se de la seva addicció i a adquirir una autonomia personal i competència social que els permeti la integració social posterior. L’equip està format per professionals de la psicologia, la medicina, el treball social, l’educació social i per monitors/es.

**2. Titulació**:Titulació d’Integrador/a Social o altres titulacions relacionades amb l’àmbit social o de la salut.

**3. Descripció**:
**_ Funcions_**:

- Dinamitzar activitats grupals (prelaboral, activitats de cohesió i de lleure).
- Atenció a familiars via telefònica.
- Realització de grups psicoeducatius.
- Supervisar la comptabilitat de les despeses personals de les persones usuàries.
- Seguiment dels Programes de Tractament Individual (PTI) de les persones usuàries.
- Assistència i participació a les reunions d’equip (dilluns matí).
- Supervisió i control de la presa de medicació.
- Realització de les compres del centre.
- Trasllat de persones usuàries si és necessari.

**_Requisits_**:

- _Titulació:_ Titulació en integració social o altres titulacions relacionades amb l’àmbit social.
- _Experiència:_ Imprescindible experiència, com a mínim d’un any. Es valorarà l’experiència en el treball amb persones amb addiccions o amb patologia dual.
- Es valorà sensibilitat i formació en perspectiva de gènere.
- _Competències:_ Domini del català i del castellà. Capacitat de planificació i organització, de treball en equip, d’iniciativa, maduresa i autocontrol emocional, capacitat de posar límits, posicionar-se i parlar en públic. Compromís amb l’organització, flexibilitat i gestió del canvi, aprenentatge i utilització de coneixements.

**_Salari_**:1.585,86 bruts/mensuals x 12 pagues + plus festiu
