**European Bartender School Group is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our International team**

**About EBS Group**
EBS Group is a collection of brands within the hospitality education space. We are managing and developing several multinational companies within different product categories for hospitality, education and experiences across more than 30 markets. It’s a multicultural company based in Barcelona but with a broad horizontal view across the globe.
Our brands, such as **EBS Academy** (bar, wine and barista franchise business) **Drinks World **(publishing website), **Overproof Media** (media agency), **Bon Vivant** (Cocktail Festival) all have deep roots in hospitality, where our core competencies are used crosswise in each individual company.

**Overall responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the marketing and brand-building strategies across several brands
- Monitor and grow digital channel performance and lead the Marketing Team forward
- Drive revenue and business growth through successful marketing and branding strategies, using marketing communications, advertising, product marketing, pricing and PR
- Oversee the planning, development and execution of all marketing and advertising activities
- Be part of a close-knit Operational Leadership Team, leading strategy through holistic cross-department decision-making, taking a united responsibility for the overall performance of the company and its portfolio companies

**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Build a high-performing marketing function, defining and implementing the right processes and dynamics that foster a team that is efficient and oriented to delivering business objectives
- Lead teams and professionals in the areas of Performance, Creative, Social Media, Customer Journey, SEO & Product
- Oversee product marketing strategy on its web/digital dimension, ensuring cross-departmental alignment between Marketing, IT, UX, UI, CRO
- Build a marketing roadmap and set goals related to lead acquisition and conversion (number, type, quality), cost per acquisition (efficiency), total bookings (with sales)
- Plan, implement and optimise marketing strategy and campaigns across channels and platforms, also overseeing the integration of brand and communication strategy
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, establish and continuously optimise processes (internal and cross-functional) based on Agile methodologies (JIRA), with the aim of maximising efficiency and business impact
- Review and optimise our brands and products strategy (EBS Academy, DrinksWorld, Overproof Media & Bon Vivant)
- Track KPIs, report and conduct data analysis oriented to optimising business performance and ROI
- Innovate and drive market research, detect industry trends that could be a business opportunity and assess future needs of customers for products

**Job requirements**:

- Strong track record of achievement, particularly in the delivery of successful digital strategy and in leading collaborative, high-performing teams
- Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM and SMO
- Familiarity with all major social media networks, in particular Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Experience in CRM and customer journey management (funnel optimisation, nurturing, lead scoring, etc.)
- Drive, tenacity, and results-oriented, leading by example and with a hands-on approach
- Preference for proactivity and action, and the ability to foster a collaborative, solution-oriented and results-driven mentality in your team.
- Have initiative and a growth mindset, coming up with novel or innovative ways to reach goals
- Interest in understanding and analysing the market, finding new ideas and identifying business opportunities
- Analytical rigour, knowing how to quantitatively analyse and optimise inbound marketing programs and growth initiatives
