**The Role**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent acquisition specialist/ Recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Limerick City.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive talent acquisition strategies to meet the business needs of each client group.
- Assist in compiling reports, make recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, track effectiveness of sourcing methods.
- Attend engineering conferences and career fairs when appropriate.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment process.

**Key Requirements**
- 1-3 years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience, those from an Engineering space will be at a distinct advantage.
- Excellent use of job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Computer Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms (Bullhorn preferred).

**Salary**: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
