**Responsibilities**:
**Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division**(Hexagon) is seeking an Order Management Associate.

The G&A department of a multinational company with office in Madrid (Spain) is seeking an administrative assistant to perform tasks such as:

- Check and process software orders and project services according to the corporate policies - implementing the procedure in place.
- Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
- Customer service and support.
- Cut license keys and ensure delivery to the customers.
- Process basic accounting transactions in ERP.
- Handle relationship with Local Authorities.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the ALI teams in Europe and US.
- Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
- Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.

Qualifications:

- Business Administration degree (or similar)

Experience required:

- 3 years minimum in a similar position in a multinational company.
- Good knowledge of Office pack and most usual ERP.
- Experience in invoicing and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of accounting

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Strong team player.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and flexible.
- Effective communicator.
