**Cyber Security Innovation and Assurance Manager**

**Position purpose**:
This position exists to assist on the strategic planning regarding Security Innovation and Continuous Security assurance. This position will coordinate the activities of different sub-teams and will contribute on the following activities:

- Build and deploy future security roadmap and security solutions architecture/design to secure new technologies planned to be rolled-out in the company as part of different initiatives coming from Business and IT (considering IoT, IA, Big Data, Blockchain, Industrial Control Systems, Data Lake or some other relevant technologies for the company).
- Build and deploy continuous security assurance frameworks and ensure company's relevant projects which require continuous security verifications (IaaC, DevSecOps, etc.) are resilient against security vulnerabilities and failures before those initiatives are promoted to Production environments.
- Ensure red and blue team are coordinated, analyzing the big picture and how the teams are working together. This person will support his (purple) security team and engineers on the attack simulation plan(s) and on the general improvement of the Detection, threat hunting, network monitoring and continuous assurance effectiveness.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Continuous assurance team to ensure confidence that the security features, practices, procedures, and architecture of an information system accurately mediates and enforces JTI security policies and standards.
- Coordinate activities which lead to the implementation of innovative security solutions which will address new business, IT requirements and new evolving security threats.
- Coordinate team in charge of performing simultaneous evaluations (attack simulations) to improve overall cybersecurity capabilities and defense tactics / techniques and procedures.
- Proactively advise business, IT and Security Management on new and evolving certification/evaluation programs and technologies, security solutions, etc. which could be relevant for JTI if proper business case is defined and clearly justified.
- Effectively communicate project execution status, attack simulation plans, key accomplishments, security metrics associated with Continuous Assurance, Innovation and ethical hacking exercises performed and risks that impact Security Team ability to achieve or maintain compliance with security standards.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with business, third-parties and internal IT Global teams to facilitate the development of technologies, solutions and align on program(s) and plans development that support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience.
- 5 years of Technical Security management or Pen Testing coordination and experience in the IT environment of an international corporation.
- Fluent English.
- Security Project Management / Coordination and people management.
- Security metrics aggregation / reporting regarding offensive/defensive activities.
- Knowledge of OT security considerations, including ICS and safety systems would be a plus.
- Breach and Attack simulation solutions implementations (design + roll-out + evolution/maintenance).
- Evaluation of effectiveness of internal controls.
- Analytical/problem solving ability.
- Security Strategy-oriented with criteria to take decisions in complex environments with different Teams interests.
- Ability to understand security requirements in a business context.
- Security Management expertise in multicultural environments and big companies with different technological challenges and integrations with other subsidiaries / companies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Self-directed and can also work independently with mínimal supervision focusing on the correct information being delivered to the right set of stakeholders at the correct times.
