Join ITG Finance and work on the finance of the IT of BNP Paribas
You will join Management Control ITG, a team whose mission it is to support the IT Head Management Control - International Management Control Departmentsthem the means to manage their financials, enabling them to launch new projects and ensure the run.
The IT GROUP departments and its management defines and deploys the BNP Paribas Group’s IT strategy worldwide, ensures the overall consistency of the Group’s Information System and works to ensure consistency in technological and methodological choices.
It coordinates the IT’s of the Bank's Functions and Business Lines, helping them to implement the IT strategy defined for the Group and to adopt innovative, secure and value-added tools and technologies for its clients (cloud, artificial intelligence & robotics, data management, blockchain, etc.).
IT is an extremely rich field of expertise: multi-languages, multi-business lines, multi-projects, multi-technologies.
Integrating the ITG Finance Department means joining an experienced team that will accompany you as you build up your skills in the “technical vocabulary” and understanding of the activities carried out. You are creating a for yourself a finance experience at the heart of a bank that is becoming increasingly digital, an asset for your future.

The position is within the International Management Control ITG Departments in Madrid, under the supervision of ITG (represented by FRESH Oxygen head in Madrid), with functional link with ITG Finance Head of Management Control Departments in Paris
- Mission
Ensure that there is a full and coherent view on the financials (including FTE) of the international sites of ITG. This with the goal to support management in their international activity, the control of the financial trajectory and the choices of resource allocations.
In a first phase you will act as a project manager and propose/install a performant process for the International Management Control ITG, based on your insights and those of the other members of ITG Finance. You will drive the implementation and manage the process post implementation.

1) LEAD THE International Management Control Departments TEAM IN MADRID AND ENSURE TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Regular follow-up with Paris manager to confirm delivery and quality. Regular check with team members on clear priorities and workload.
- Develop an environment favorable to innovation and new ways of working, by empowering and supporting people to proactively propose ideas and change.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset and the creation of efficient, streamlined, industrialized and automated/digitalized processes.
- In coordination with the corresponding Paris team leads, define the annual objectives, provide regular feedback and ensure a proper appraisal and compensation process for the different team members.
- Coach staff, define career development plans, monitor top talent. Create a permanent learning environment by promoting training initiatives
- Regularly collaborate with the rest of the Madrid team heads, international teams and ITG Fin to ensure coordination and alignment, and to contribute to a ITG Finance community and unified team spirit.
- Lead by example by participating to all Management Control MT and ensure cascading down to the staff all key messages
- Perform all mandatory trainings and control the completeness of the training paths of the team
- Provide documentation on due time for BMC, OPC ( permanent documentation, access rights recertification, BIA ) or any other platform governance body when required
- Complete and control Clarity and time tracking processes
- Implement and/or improve activity KPI to follow Performance/Quality/Delay
- Monitor the budget and headcount evolution and raise alerts if any
- Follow up HR system validations (Portal De Empleado) and HR transversal rules ( block leave, WFH ), as well as Conduct and Smart working policies
- LEAD THE Monthly reporting & closing, forecast & Budget preparation
- Ensure the respect of the guidelines and planning of figures closing forecasts and budget preparation
- Ensure the monthly reporting/analysis on figures evolution (both costs and HC).
- Ensure to Organise/ Monitor / Control with the international entities the different deliveries expected (Figures, FTE, comments,)
- Analyze and report evolution of figures with special attention to FX rate impact, markups (and VAT)
- Collaborate on the consolidation of the ITG worldwide view (Euro, FTE, Comments) and to the follow-up
- Contribute to the improvement and transformation of processes and governance within the activities of the team
- Manage the relations with international departments, ITG_Finance, Operationnals,
- Ensure the transferts (in/out) and the linked (progress) reporting
