**Company Description**
PAL Robotics is a leading robotics company based in sunny Barcelona. Our goal is to enhance people’s quality of life through robotics and automation technologies. We have over 15 years of experience in the robotics field and offer daily challenges to everyone in our team to help them grow.

**Primary duties**
- Proficient in French and English.
- Contributing in the writing of new grant proposals, mainly in French.
- Exploring new financing opportunities for R&D activities for France.
- Prepare business and exploitation plans and IPR agreements.
- Coordinate and supervise the proper progress of the projects and collaborate in reviewing and submitting reports (deliverables).
- Collaborating in the financial assessment of the ongoing projects.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship maintenance with partners, consortium members, and relevant contacts.

**Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements**
- Proven experience in managing EU-funded and national research projects, including H2020, Horizon Europe, Eurostars, ANR, CDTi.
- Knowledge of EU regulations, reporting requirements, and basic financial management for projects.
- Applicants need to have a European work permit.
- Availability to travel.

**Desired skills/experiences**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering in fields related to PAL Robotics´ activity is considered an asset (Robotics/SW/Industrial/Electronics).
- Scientific experience is also an asset.
- Other languages such as Spanish, Catalan and Italian are a plus.
- Soft skills: communication, leadership, motivation, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, team player.
