**About the role**

In this position, you will be **responsible for executing the organizations overall test methodologies and approaches within our product squads**, which you will support from test perspective. In this role, you will bring i**ndustry expertise, software-testing experience, and execute in line with product development, agile and devops best practices.**

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Drive the standard **execution of each test phase (system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) in your product scope.**:

- Contribute to the** refinement and ongoing improvement of the test management strategy** for the products and squads in scope.
- ** Execution of test governance** and associated standards within your product squad.
- ** Participate in all Agile ceremonies** being accountable for testing assessment, provide estimation support and ensure execution on quality and time (e.g. refinement, retrospective, sprint reviews ).
- Ensure all test related deliverables are created to **quality **in line with strategy and approach.
- ** Support formal review cycles **including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance reviews focused on continuous improvement.
- Utilize test environments, test data and test related tooling in accordance with the company standards.**Collaborate with other test management experts in the overall test approach and frameworks.**:

- Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes, and standards.

**Role Requirements**
- **
5+ years’ experience** in a similar role with a shown track record as a **QA Engineer**:

- 5+ years’ experience working in **Agile projects.**:

- Track experience in modern project and test management tools **(e.g Jira, Xray).**:

- Business proficient in **English **(written and spoken) and **Spanish** proficient (spoken)
- ** Effective written and spoken communication skills**. Ability to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders.
- ** Critical thinking** attitude.
- Adaptability to new technologies, methodologies and project requirements.

**Nice to have**
- Salesforce and Agile/SAFe **Certifications **would be advantageous.
- ** API testing **or Test Automation experience would be advantageous.
