.To support our team we are searching for a Senior Frontend Engineer – Mobile (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.TasksWHAT YOU WILL DO- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript- Collaborate with web developers to integrate web views seamlessly into the app experience- Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality, and stable features with a focus on end-user experience- Work closely with the QA team to ensure a smooth release cycle with minimal defects- Participate actively in code reviews, ensuring that best practices and quality standards are met across the codebase- Propose and implement software architecture solutions that follow industry best practices and design patterns- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to grow their skills and contribute effectivelyRequirementsWHO YOU ARE- You have 4+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong foundation in React Native- You bring solid knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript and are proficient in integrating web views within a mobile context- You are comfortable working with native iOS (Objective-C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) code when needed, including creating and maintaining React Native bridges to leverage platform-specific APIs- You understand modern software engineering principles, with a proven ability to design and document feature architectures.- You are detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to writing clean and maintainable code.- You enjoy collaborating with team members across disciplines, including web developers and QA, to deliver a seamless product.- You are proactive in seeking feedback and continually improving the quality of the codebase.BenefitsWHAT WE OFFER- Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days (excluding public holidays and weekends)- Mobile office with up to 40% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)- 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting)- Language & e-learning courses- Staff discount of up to 30%- Flexible remuneration benefits (ticket restaurant, ticket transport and ticket child care (guardería))- Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms- Private health insurance- Access to LinkedIn Learning- Individual support on mental health & well-being- Social Day- Employee Share Purchase PlanWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
