**Mission***

The mission of this position is to support the communications team in order to enhance the brand image of Eurofragance.

**Functions***
- Part of your day-to-day is to help maintain the intranet updated.
- Support our team in the development and implementation of internal communication campaigns.
- Support with the internal company newsletter: creation and writing its content.
- Responsible for tracking corporate material stock levels, arranging corporate material (operationally) and its logistics coordination with Spain logistics, affiliates and suppliers.
- Give support in the content creation for all Communication Department, such as translations, writing posts for the internal social media and writing blog posts.
- Research and identify current hot topics in the press.
- Responsible for the Monthly Media Report, follow up and coordinate weekly clippings recompilation (publications and media mentions in Press about Eurofragance) with our external PR agency and preparing PR updates to share internally.
- Give support and contribute to the organization of events, webinars, internal celebrations.
- Provide logistic support such as shipments, coordination with warehouse, and administrative support to the Communications department such as preparing reports, assist in the preparation of presentations and/or maintain contact lists.

**Educational Background**:

- Currently studying a Degree in Communications / Journalism / Public Relations.
- Spanish Fluent.
- English Intermediate-Advanced (fluent level will be strongly valuated).

**Experience required**:
No experience required, this could be your first internship related to your studies, but it will be a plus if you had any other work experience before.

Experience working in diverse projects in Communication & Media will be strongly valuated.

**Required Personal Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Proactivity.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and knowledge.
- Digital tools such as Wordpress and Google Analytics will be strongly valuated.

**What do we offer?**
- 720 euros gross per month
- 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h00 or from 09h00 to 15h00.
- 6 months agreement with the study center + 6 months if both parts agree. Ideally the trainee will complete one year internship.
