Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar a las universidades una gestión integral de sus programas de posgrado online y semipresencial. Nos encargamos del diseño y lanzamiento de campañas de marketing, la creación de contenido digital y la gestión académica. Todo esto, en seis idiomas y dentro de un entorno multicultural.

En esta fase de crecimiento y evolución, para poder cumplir con nuestros objetivos de crecimiento necesitamos incorporar un perfil **Sales Support** para dar soporte administrativo al **departamento comercial **en el procesamiento de las ventas.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
- **Soporte administrativo** a la venta: procesar y gestionar las ventas en el sistema.
- Gestión de pagos, bajas y devoluciones, trabajando con otros departamentos.
- Configuración de los planes de pago en el sistema (precios y rondas de descuento - que viene desde mkt o revenue).
- Gestionar y coordinar admisiones de alumnos.
- Seguimiento y control de pagos de las cuotas con el área financiera.

**Habilidades y requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en puestos relacionados con **ventas, administración o análisis de datos.**:

- Excelentes habilidades de gestión y organización.
- Familiaridad con procesos administrativos de soporte a la venta.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes áreas del negocio.
- Proactividad y habilidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y operaciones del equipo de ventas.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
