**RESEARCH NURSE**

**Shock, Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation Group**

The **Shock, Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation** Group is an integral and innovative research in the areas of
shock, acute respiratory failure, acute renal failure, organ dysfunction, resuscitation and monitoring the patient in critical
innovative solutions to critical ill patients.

The **Shock, Organ Dysfunction and Resuscitation** at Vall d'Hebron Hospital wants to incorporate to its team 2

research nurse to give support on specific tasks***

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Degree Diploma in Nursing
- Computer user level (Office package, mail).
- Organized and methodical person with high motivation and initiative.

**Desired: -**

Spanish, Catalan and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Experience working in Intensive Care Unit
- Experienced with SAP management program and Centricity Critical Care

Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary team

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Data recording and maintenance (control of patient admissions and devices, episodes of infections, patient
monitoring)
- Prevalence cut-off, evaluate process indicators
- Report on the result of indicators to the team
- Review of daily goals acting as an ICU infection control nurse

**Labour conditions: -**

Part-time position: 10h week.
- Starting date: March 2023.
- Gross annual salary: 7.000€ /// (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract**:temporary linked to project CAUTi
