What We Are Looking for.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE /QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in nursery

Experience in pediatric nursery and blood drawing in children between 3-5 years of age

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience with young children

Experience using RedCap is a plus, but not mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC DUTIES:
The Paediatric Nurse will be in charge of citing the participants, preparing the material, drawing blood and processing and storing it for future analysis. He or she will be accompanied by a fieldworker.

AUXILIAR TASK:
This job description reflects the present requirements of the post but may evolve at any time in the future as duties and responsibilities change and/or develop providing there is appropriate consultation with the post-holder.

Catalan: high level

Spanish: high level

English will be a plus

CONDITIONS:
Duration: around 3-5 months, depending on the speed of the blood extraction process in all BiSC participants.

Starting date: between February and March 2024 (we can adapt).

Contract: part-time (we estimate around 10-15h/week in the afternoon/evenings, but we can adapt)

SELECTION PROCESS:
The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.

2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.

If needed any technical test could be pass. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
