**Objetivos**:
- Gestionar el trabajo operativo del departamento
- Realizar labores propias del área de operaciones
- Llevar a cabo el servicio marítimo requerido por el cliente (grupaje / carga completa)
- Actúa como contacto clave de los clientes asignados
- Está informado del estado de los envíos y de las excepciones de los clientes asignados
- Proporciona cotizaciones y venta cruzada
- Asume y maneja quejas del cliente
**Capacidades requeridas**:
- Conocimientos teóricos de la industria marítimo.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.
- Orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
- Alta capacidad de estructuración.
- Nível de inglés fluido
**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:
- Recepción del pedido del Cliente
- Presentar el despacho de aduanas (factura comercial, parking list, y certificaciones)
- Pasar al agente aduanero de la oficina DHL desde la que salga el buque los datos de este y la documentación aduanera
- Revisar si el destino de la mercancía requiere unos documentos de aduanas especiales (ACI o AMS), para prepararlos y enviarlos al país correspondiente.
- Esperar la salida del buque y confirmar con la naviera la salida
- Si el envío es a un partner, el BL de la naviera lo confirma DGF y se crea el HOUSE y se envía este al cliente
- Imprescindible asegurar el OK a los BL
- Esperar el OK cuando hay transmisiones ACI y AMS
- Asegurar, si el cliente hace su propio despacho de aduanas, que ha enviado el DUA a la naviera.
- Facturar al cliente
- Vela por el cumplimiento de la LOPD, PRL, RSC, de acuerdo al estándar de la compañía.
- Cualquier otra función adicional relativa al puesto de trabajo

OFR Team Leader/ OFR Office Manager.
