**SCIB está buscando un/a Wealth & FFOO Senior Sales para nuestras oficinas en Boadilla del Monte.**

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Senior Sales **dentro del equipo de Wealth & FFOO en Mercados, tu objetivo será ampliar la cobertura de los clientes actuales, así como desarrollar clientes potenciales en todos los productos de Mercados, enfocado en incrementar la actividad y resultados del equipo. Ayudarás al equipo en la originación de nuevas soluciones para clientes y la relación con las diferentes áreas internas del Banco y demás stakeholders. Esta posición está basada en Madrid en nuestro HQ en Boadilla, pero requerirá actividad comercial por todo el panorama nacional.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Captación y desarrollo de las relaciones con clientes UHNW y FFOO.
- Generación proactiva de pitches para dar solución a las necesidades y objetivos de los clientes.
- Originación, ejecución y tareas pre y post de las transacciones.
- Enfoque multiproducto en el asset allocation del portfolio de los clientes.
- Conocimiento, análisis y seguimiento del Mercado con el fin de desarrollar iniciativas y productos.
- Visión estratégica del negocio para alcanzar la cuenta de resultados en los próximos años.
- Apoyo, coordinación y advisory a los banqueros que tutelan a nuestros clientes.

EXPERIENCIA
- Más de 10 años de experiência en Mercados Financieros.
- Desarrollo y venta de productos de Mercados (Equity, Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Rates, Financing).
- Creación y fidelización de relaciones con clientes.
- Interlocución con clientes al más alto nível (CEOs, CIOs y CFOs, ).
- Coordinación con diferentes departamentos.
- Responsabilidad de una cuenta de resultados.
- Colaboración con otras personas del equipo para conseguir objetivos conjuntos.

EDUCACIÓN
- Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas e Ingenierías (con especialización en finanzas).
- Certificado MIFID II

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Trabajar en equipo de forma proactiva y emprendedora.
- Profundos conocimientos financieros y analíticos.
- Capacidad de alcanzar y conseguir objetivos acordados con atención minuciosa en los detalles.
- Visión estratégica y compromiso.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
- Habilidad para la resolución y gestión de problemas.
- Nível profesional en Powerpoint, Excel, SQL, Bloomberg y Murex.
- Idiomas: español lengua materna, inglés mínimo C1, se valoran otros idiomas adicionalmente.
