Are you ready to drive excellence and continuous improvement in educational solutions for English Language teaching and learning?

The **Educational Solutions Manager **(ESM) for English Language will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering educational solutions that cater to both company-facing and client-facing needs. Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager for ELT, the ESM will on the one hand lead a team of 2 responsible for providing educational consulting services and managing pedagogical documentation (_programaciones_), and on the other play a key role in overseeing the management of some of the English-related business lines we run in collaboration with partner businesses. This dynamic role requires a combination of pedagogical expertise, project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a strategic business mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Educational Consulting Solutions**:

- Design and co-create training programs for Sales teams and key clients in collaboration with the Educational Consultant.
- Co-deliver training and provide ongoing product support in collaboration with the Educational Consultant.
- Address pedagogical queries from the Sales team, in collaboration with the Educational Consultant, ensuring their understanding of educational products and services.
- Deliver when needed local editorial add-ons (such as mapping documents) to enhance the effectiveness of training programs, in collaboration with the Educational Consultant.

**2. Pedagogical Documentation Management - **_Programaciones_**:

- Manage the workload and budget of the person responsible for pedagogical documentation (programaciones).
- Ensure efficiency in cost and time for the creation and maintenance of pedagogical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline documentation processes.

**3. Product/Service Portfolio Solutions**:

- Take ownership of certain key products from our English Portfolio in Iberia, overseeing all aspects related to their management.
- Identify and analyze new opportunities for product development and research needs.
- Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive value propositions (CVPs) defined by their key selling points (KSPs) and product configuration.
- Lead the implementation of go-to-market plans, collaborating closely with the Marketing Ops team to ensure effective market penetration.
- Collaborate on the creation of forecasts for the portfolio/s concerned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree. Any qualifications relating to Pedagogy, Marketing or Business Development would be valued.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational consulting and/or portfolio-brand management within the education business.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training in house-programs.

**Skills**:

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and assertive nature will be valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Familiarity with products and solutions relating to **ELT, Bilingual** **teaching** or **Assessment** within the Spanish market is very desirable.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
