**About the role**:
**1- **TRAINING**
- Define the annual global training plan as well as the implementation on the field and in HQ and proactive monthly assessment and monitoring of the sales team's processes & projects.
- The plans will be addressed to stores and regional management as well as sales teams and BOH teams.
- Our goals are to enhance the high-end customer ceremony and product story telling knowledge as well as key skills and store agile operations.
- Convention coordination for Retail Team.

**2- COMMUNICATION**
- Define and agile a clear communication platforms and ways of engaging with the store teams.
- Develop the intranet as main core tool for the in-store communication.
- Monitor the impact of the communication on the teams including franchises.
- Monthly and weekly preparation and sending communications to stores.

**3- CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT**
- Booking tool and store scheduling management.
- Legal area coordination (conditional changes etc.)

**4- PROJECTS**
- Active participation & follow up in business optimization projects related to training, communication, and customer experience.
- Management of queries and incidents related to Retail projects / processes by the stores team, as well as their follow-up, to ensure that the stores and franchisees team have the necessary support.
- Carrying out key reports and recurring analysis.
- BSc in Business management.
- Training coordination skills and experience.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Goal orientated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Effective and proficient oral & written communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English, the knowledge of French and Italian will be considered as a plus.
