- This position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallés, in the Vallsolana Business Garden Park, surrounded by the Natural Park.

**Mission**

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process: from the vacancy request and profile definition to the offer negotiation, following the corporate procedures and tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Improve all recruitment processes (Application Tracking System, Ads, tests to be applied,) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**Experience Required**:

- Up to four years’ experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role (preferable in an international organization)

**Language**:

- High English and Spanish level both speaking and wirting. Other languages will be a plus.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HUman Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.

**Key knowledge**
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition
